Processing Time All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
- United States: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and order size.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@identitythread.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order enters fulfillment.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total.
